RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because each book purchased through More Than A Headline is personally signed by CoCo J. Zeigler, all signed book sales are final once an order has been shipped.

Preorder Cancellations
Preorders may be canceled for a full refund before the order has been prepared for shipment. Once an order has been prepared for shipment or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except when a refund is issued because of an error on our part.
